Sign the back of the Card and you may begin using the Card as soon as you receive it. Your Card is already activated.

Follow the prompts to create a PIN.

You’re now ready to use the card!

Make purchases everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States.
You can also use your card and PIN to make purchases everywhere STAR is accepted in the United States.
Just present your card at the time of purchase and the amount will be deducted from your card balance.
